Proofs – We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, and to help make that possible, we are able to provide 2 complimentary proofs. These are the ‘First Draft’ and ‘Final Draft’ with one round of revisions in between. Additional revisions/proofs can be provided for a fee of $25.00 per set of revisions.

Typos & Errors - Errors made by the Agency will be corrected immediately at no cost to the customer.  It is the customers responsibility to proof the copy in each project to be sure all information is accurate and there are no typos. Errors that are not caught when proofing (by customer) may be corrected and reprinted at the expense of the customer. We will certainly consider discounting the retail value of the reprinted project if possible.

Print production will not begin until we have received your approval. 

Under no circumstances will we proceed with an order without an approved proof.

Rush Orders – It is necessary for us to evaluate each rush request to see if we can accommodate it.  If we can accommodate a rush order, the following fees will apply:

$50 Rush Fee for orders placed and shipped the same day.

Shipping – Shipping generally takes place the morning after an approved proof. For example: If you approve a proof on Monday your job will ship the next morning, Tuesday. Approved proofs made after 5:00 p.m. will generally not ship for 24 hours (for example, a proof approved after 5 p.m. on Monday will ship Tuesday). Shipments are made by FedEx Ground/ Home Delivery unless a request is made to expedite. 

Payment Policy – Payment is due in full at the time your order is shipped. If we do not already have a credit card on file, we will request that you provide one for our files when you place your order. 

Privacy Policy – Please know that your privacy is very important to us and no personal information is distributed by the Agency in any way. All credit card information is kept in a secure hard copy file and NOT on our computer systems.
